According to a recent visit by customer Mizuki, the experience starts with a charming touch—a complimentary tapa featuring exquisite jamón and chorizo served with delightful picos. This attention to detail sets the tone for an enthusiastic meal. As Mizuki mentions, the staff's friendliness and insightful recommendations are invaluable, especially for those new to the menu.
The recommended dishes, such as the tender bocadillo de lomo and classic tortilla de patatas, showcase the culinary prowess of the kitchen. The standout for many, including Mizuki, is the jamón ibérico—its quality and flavor compelling enough that they took some to enjoy later. Customers have also praised the pulpo a la gallega and various croquetas, all crafted with fresh ingredients and care.
On a broader scale, Cafe Restaurante Salamanca embodies the best of both worlds—delicious food and reasonable prices, as highlighted by guest 'mediastarguest.' The extensive wine list and decadent dessert options further enhance the dining experience, making it a perfect place for both casual lunches and special occasions.

If you find yourself in Alcorcón, be sure to pop in; it may just become your go-to spot for a hearty and satisfying meal.
“ Hoy hemos ido a comer.
“ Traditional Castilian cuisine. Grilled meats, beef and pork, traditional meat and pulse stews, cold meats and cheeses, fried and grilled fish and seafood, selection of beers, lagers and cocktails. Excellent and varied wine list. Delicious desserts and excellent coffee. On the whole polite and quick service and reasonable prices. ”
“ The service was good. The food was a little dry for me. Seems that the food was prepared earlier and it was staying there, waiting to be served. Not like just freshly put in the plate. But in general it was tasty. They give a small tapa while you waiting. They seemed very busy. ”
